Low-impact exercise is movements that involve less direct force on the body thereby placing less stress on the body and potentially reducing the risk of injury.

    Spirit Warriors is a weekly get together for men working on their spiritual journey. We drink coffee (always) eat some breakfast (most of the time) and share thoughts and prayers about our walk with Christ. Spiritual Warriors uses the Walk to Emmaus Reunion Group format, but all are welcome whether you have attended the walk or not. Come and join us.
